Realty Executives Claims Ten Spots In Annual T3 Sixty Mega 1000 Report

 

Realty Executives is pleased to report that 10 top brokerages ranked in the newly released T3 Sixty Mega 1000. The second annual report ranks the nation’s top 1,000 brokerages, the top 20 franchisors and the top 20 holding companies by annual sales volume, transaction sides and agent count. Realty Executives Capital City Office Opening is Dream Come True for Gina Marie John

For 20 years, Gina Marie John had been an agent for a Re/Max real estate office with the dream of one day being a broker and owner at her own firm. That dream came true a few months ago when she opened Realty Executives Capital City, 5707 Highway 51, McFarland.

“This is a brand new venture,” John said.

She began working out of the office in the first week of February and the sign was installed on the building March 25. Young held a ribbon-cutting and open house March 28 to celebrate.

Each year, REALTOR® Magazine selects 30 outstanding young real estate professionals that strive for excellence in their field to the 30 Under 30 class. Hundreds of real estate agents and brokers applied while only 50 were chosen to go to the public for voting. Most sellers expect their real estate agent to hold at least one open house while their house is on the market. But are open houses really necessary? Do open houses really sell homes?

Let’s look at the pros and cons of open houses so you can decide for yourself if an open house should be part of your marketing plan.

Pros:

Exposure

Holding an open house provides exposure for your listing. Your real estate agent will advertise the open house on real estate websites, on social media, in industry networks, and perhaps even in print.

This advertisement gets more eyes on your listing. And the more people who see your listing, the more likely you are to find the right buyer.
