Realty Executives International is pleased to announce it has completed the acquisition of the Realty Executives Great Lakes Region, a territory that includes Illinois, Indiana and parts of Michigan. The region has been directly transferred to Realty Executives from Bruce and Shannon Vinnick, who will continue to play an integral role in the Realty Executives business development strategy. In addition to selling franchises on the company’s behalf, the Vinnick’s will remain Realty Executives franchise owners in Florida.
CEO Faceoff: David Tedesco is Owler’s highest ranking real estate leader for the second quarter in a row
Realty Executives is proud to announce that David Tedesco has been ranked the no. 1 leader in real estate according to community-based business insights platform, Owler.
Owler just released their quarterly CEO Faceoff, a head-to-head matchup comparing crowdsourced business insights on leaders in their real estate competitive set, and Tedesco is at the top of the list with a rating of 97 percent.
Red Deer-based brokerage Realty Executives Alberta Elite is expanding, with plans to open offices in both Edmonton and Calgary. Formerly known as Realty Executives Red Deer, the company is led by real estate veteran and Broker/Owner Cindy Price. Price has 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, including commercial and residential real estate, acreages, investments, and property management.
This year Canada is celebrating its sesquicentennial, 150 years of being a nation, and Realty Executives is proud to be a part of the fabric of this wonderful country.
