There’s a new real estate presence in King City, Ontario. Realty Executives Priority One has opened its doors at 2195 King Road, with Frank Covello and Giancarlo Stalteri bringing their experience and people-first approach to the community.
For Frank, Broker of Record and Owner, the new location represents another chapter in a 37-year real estate career built on trust, integrity, and honesty.
One of his proudest accomplishments is that approximately 90 per cent of his business comes from repeat clients and referrals – a reflection, he says, of the lasting relationships he has built over the years.
“When clients come back to you, or refer their family and friends, it means they trusted you,” Frank says. “That’s something I’m very proud of.”
Frank is also proud of the team and culture he has created at Realty Executives Priority One. The brokerage emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, continuous learning, and strong broker support, with a simple philosophy:

That philosophy is what attracted Giancarlo Stalteri to the brokerage. Giancarlo entered the real estate industry around 2021 and was looking for more than a place to work. He wanted mentorship and a broker who genuinely cared about his development.
