As the Broker & Owner of Realty Executives Elite Homes I havde made the decision to stop feeding our listings to sites like Zillow & Trulia. Strating January 2017 we will no longer be allowing our listings to feed from the MLS to Zillow & Trulia.
You may be asking why I think this is a smart decision and my answer is quite simple we as brokers spend time energy and money to procure and market our client's homes and we want to represent them to the best of our ability, sites like Zillow/Trulia use our listings to sell ad space to Realtors and consumers are under the impression that the agent that shows up next to a property is the Listing agent, thefore misrepresenting the property.
Realty Executives Elite Homes has a very strong online presence and we pride ourself on our marketing and under the guise of Branding, Consitencey & Marketing Continuity I want to keep the same quality of marketing we do give to all our clients and this is the reason why I have made this decsion.

A new, four-year school of medicine at the former Hoffman-La Roche site on the border of Nutley and Clifton took one step closer to completion on Friday.
During their public meeting, the Nutley Board of Commissioners introduced an ordinance to adopt the first phase of a redevelopment plan for the property, which has been vacant since Hoffman-La Roche relocated in 2013.
“This is a historic moment for Nutley,” Township Attorney Alan Genitempo said at the meeting.
In June, Hackensack University Health Network and Seton Hall University announced that the two organizations have finalized an agreement to create a new, four-year school of medicine at the vacant site.
The partnership would establish the only private Catholic school of medicine in the state, according to a release.
