The goal of any Realtor is to get the highest and best price for their clients home or property, no matter if the market is perceived good or bad, that is what we are supposed to do.


I see way to many agents default to the "comp and underprice model" that in my opinion is the mark of a lazy typical agent living from one zillow deal to another.

Why not push the boundries a little with pricing and be a little bit more creative to exceed your clients expectations by using Professional Photography and Professional Video at minimum, we can also throw in some VR tours as well.

I think it comes down to not wanting to do the extra work, go the extra mile and pay a little bit more for creative, photography and visuals to reach more people and get more eyeballs on the property, especailly in times like we are in right now you need to be a Master Marketing Agent.

I only see agents doing this when they have a home that they think is going to net them a guest apperance on HGTV or Million Dollar Listing.

When you list a home and a home owner hires you to do a job you should put out a great product, and everything from the way the sign sits out in front of the house, to your marketing says something about you and your brand.
