This home is very unique in a nice area of Nutley.  It is well maintained and has that old world charm. The feature that stood out the most was a room/art gallery off the back of the garage. What a great place to get away, relax, and enjoy your own private oasis.

31 Sylvan Place in Nutey - 4 Bedroom 2 Bath - $300,000.00 (Estate Sale)

This home is also in a very nice, desireable area but needs alot of work, a total rehab in my opinion.  I consider this property to be a great opportunity for those of you who looking to get into Nutley and make a place your own.

171 Darling Ave - 3 Bedroom 1.5 Bath - $349,000.00

This home is located close to the Bloomfield border.  It is in great shape and definitely move in ready. It is one of the better deals on the market right now and great for a first time home buyer.

94 Hay Ave in Nutley - 2 Bedroom 1 Bath - $350,000.00

This property could be a great starter home for those looking to buy their first home.  It features a 2 car garage with the opportunity to expand and add on an addition in the furture. Move in condition as well.

30 Homer Ave in Nutley - 4 Bedroom 2 Bath - $389,000.00

This is a spacious split level home and totally move in ready. The only issue is that it needs flood insurance, but it is something worth looking into.

This home is located on Bloomfield Ave. and it is set back from the street.  It has large rooms, in good shape, and features a bonus 3rd floor with lots of potential.
