We negotaite on your behalf to get the right deal on the right home and then only then do we actually set up appointments to show you those homes that fit what you are looking for.

Our Fiduciary Responsabilty

We draw up a buyers agency contract to you have "True" represeantion and we are your Buyers Agent.

We Help With Closing Costs, The Best Part!

Once we have a buyers agency agreement in place we secure you a 15% credit towards your closing cost (Based upon the office commission) so for example if the commission to our office is $10,000.00 you will receive $1500.00 toward your actually closings costs at the time of closing.
