Realty Executives International Acquires the Realty Executives Southern Region

Realty Executives International has acquired the Realty Executives Southern Region, its largest territory covering five states: Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina.

This acquisition marks a year since corporate purchased the remaining shares of the company from former owner Rich Rector.

The purchase sets the course for an aggressive company growth strategy focused on acquisition of competitive brands, independent brokerages and Realty Executives Brokers who are looking to retire.

Realty Executives International purchased the Southern Region from their longtime Regional Developers Ken Durkee and Zig Ziegelman. Continue reading

Boston West named to Swanepoel top 1000 list

Alan Marks and his team at Realty Executives Boston West hit the jackpot recently, landing at No.777 on the Swanepoel top 1000 brokerages list.

The achievement is Boston West’s first recognition on the list since opening its doors in 2005.

“I was really surprised,” Marks said. “I didn’t know what the sales revenue cutoff was  so when I saw it I was really surprised.”
