THE THOUSAND is broken down into four categories honoring the top 250 residential agents and agent teams throughout the U.S., separated by closed transaction sides and sales volume for both individuals and teams. Only agents who closed 50 transactions sides or $20 million in sales volume were considered, along with teams who have closed 75 transaction sides or $30 million in sales volume.
