With more than 20 years in the Louisiana and Mississippi real estate markets, Tammy Randles has built a reputation as a devoted and hands-on leader. Early on, she recognized two passions—investment properties and helping others—and seamlessly merged them into a thriving career as a broker. Today, as owner of Realty Executives SELA, Tammy leads by example, fostering mentorship relationships with her associates. “I’m a dive-in headfirst kind of team leader,” she says, demonstrating through her own client interactions what it means to excel in real estate.

Helping others remains her driving force. Whether guiding a first-time homebuyer or assisting an entrepreneur in securing a storefront, Tammy pairs decades of experience with genuine enthusiasm for her clients’ success. That leadership approach shapes the culture at Realty Executives SELA, where professionalism and attentiveness define every interaction.

Never one to slow down, Tammy is also overseeing the renovation of a 216-unit affordable housing complex in New Orleans East. While excited about the transformation itself, she is especially motivated by its purpose. “The property management division of our company works with so many of the affordable housing programs in New Orleans, such as Unity, Start Corporation, Crescent Care, Hope House, Easter Seals, and so many others,” she shares. “Welcoming these programs into our neighborhoods is essential so that everyone can have a roof over their heads.”

“Now our clients can get the same level of service they are accustomed to with my other companies—Nola Mortgage Solutions, LLC, Nola Renovation Contractors, LLC, and The PestPros, Inc.,” she explains. Clients will also benefit from her insurance company opening soon.

Helping others, however, does not end when the workday does. Tammy is a devoted mother to two daughters and a proud grandmother to a beautiful grandson. “They are my entire world!” she says. That spirit of service runs deep within her family. Her daughter and son-in-law serve the community through the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office and the Jefferson Parish Fire Department, while her other daughter is thriving with autism and making an impact in the community every day.

At every stage of her career, Tammy Randles has remained guided by the same principle: real estate is not just about properties, but about people. Through her leadership at Realty Executives SELA, her commitment to affordable housing, and her investment in strengthening the community, Tammy continues to build more than homes—she builds opportunity. With vision, compassion, and a hands-on approach, she is shaping neighborhoods, empowering clients, and proving that success is most meaningful when it is shared.
