Several exceptional real estate professionals from Realty Executives Elite in Lemont, Illinois, have earned recognition in the Mainstreet REALTORS® 2025 Production Awards, an honor that highlights the top-performing agents and teams across the Chicagoland real estate community. The awards celebrate REALTORS® whose performance ranks among the top three percent in sales volume and/or transactions, recognizing professionals who demonstrated extraordinary productivity and commitment to their clients throughout the year.

This year’s honorees include The Luxe Team, Catherine Litoborski, Megan Beechen, and Maribel Salgado-Little, whose achievements reflect both strong production and dedication to helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate a complex market environment.

The 2025 Production Awards recognize Mainstreet REALTORS® who achieved exceptional results during a year defined by limited housing inventory, rising home prices, and longer market times, conditions that posed challenges for buyers and sellers across Chicagoland. Despite those market dynamics, the award recipients continued to guide their clients through successful transactions while delivering the trusted expertise that consumers rely on when making important real estate decisions.

Award categories include both Individual Residential and Residential Team production, with recognition based on sales volume and number of completed transactions. Within each category, agents and teams are ranked within the top one, two, or three percent of the association’s membership based on their production.

The Luxe Team, led by Christine Wilczek and Jason Bacza, was recognized for its outstanding performance in the Medium Team category, earning Top 1% for Medium Team Sales Volume and Top 2% for Medium Team Transactions.

Reaching the Top 1% in Medium Team Sales Volume requires an extraordinary level of productivity, with teams surpassing $75 million in closed sales. The Luxe Team’s success at this level demonstrates both the scale of their business and their ability to consistently deliver strong results for clients throughout the Chicagoland market.

The team also ranked in the Top 2% for Medium Team Transactions, reflecting a sizable number of successful closings during the year. Managing such a high volume of transactions requires strong coordination, market insight, and a shared commitment to providing a smooth experience for every buyer and seller they represent.

The Luxe Team’s approach to real estate centers on collaboration, strategic marketing, and deep local market knowledge. Their recognition in both sales volume and transaction categories highlights the team’s ability to combine efficiency and productivity with a client-first mindset.

Catherine Litoborski earned two prestigious distinctions among individual agents, ranking in the Top 1% for Individual Sales Volume and the Top 2% for Individual Transactions.

Achieving Top 1% status in sales volume requires agents to surpass $15 million in annual closed sales, placing Catherine among the highest-producing REALTORS® in the association. This accomplishment reflects both strong market performance and the trust her clients place in her expertise when buying or selling a home.

Her recognition in the Top 2% for Individual Transactions further highlights the consistency of her business. Agents in this category successfully complete between 33 and 43 transactions annually, demonstrating an ability to manage multiple deals while maintaining attentive, personalized service.

Megan Beechen also received notable recognition through the 2025 Production Awards, earning Top 2% for Individual Sales Volume and Top 3% for Individual Transactions.

Agents ranked in the Top 2% for Individual Sales Volume achieve between $11.4 million and $14.99 million in closed sales, reflecting sustained performance and strong client demand. Megan’s ability to achieve this level of production highlights her expertise in navigating the market and helping clients successfully reach their real estate goals.

In addition, she ranked in the Top 3% for Individual Transactions, a distinction reserved for agents who complete 27 to 32.5 transactions during the year. This recognition underscores her dedication to guiding a large number of buyers and sellers through successful closings.
