In 2018, while writing his very first real estate contract, Hensley was referred to Agent Assist—a transaction coordination group within REA, where he worked closely with Barbara Newton. More than 1,000 contracts later, that early connection has come full circle, with Newton now serving as Broker for VFL Real Estate.
Steven’s wife, Carrie Hensley, serves as Director of Operations and plays a vital role in the company’s success. Sharing Steven’s passion for building a client-focused team, Carrie oversees operations to ensure every client experiences a smooth, organized, and professional process from start to finish.
