It's that time of the year again! Festivals are in full swing, and there are many to enjoy throughout the summer.
One of my favorites is Strawberry Fest in downtown Cedarburg. Come on out June 23rd and 24th to experience this epic, family-friendly, 33rd annual event! From the phenomenal food and live music, to the quaint scenery and shopping fun, this is one of the most enjoyable festivals of the summer.

Have you heard the term ‘Executive Launch’ around the office? Did you think it was just for the new agents?—Think again!

Executive Launch is a program for new and veteran Sales Executives alike! It consists of two 3-hour sessions, which will leave you ready to begin growing or expanding your business to the Executive Level. 

Session 1: Business Planning

• This session is devoted to designing a business plan, which is integral to your success. In this business planning session, you will set the groundwork for your success, as well as become prepared for additional training modules and the world-class mentoring available to you. This is a great session for veteran Sales Executives to join in order to re-evaluate their business plan and make the necessary tweaks.

Session 2: Tools & Systems

• This session is all about the tools and systems for you to use. Here, Executives learn all about the many unique systems that Realty Executives provides your business, and it will get you set up for additional training programs to help you master these tools. This session is highly beneficial for veteran Sales Executive to brush up on the current systems in place and freshen up their knowledge.
