Our office Designated Realtors®, or DRs, are an extension of our Leadership Team, and they work intimately with our Sales Executives in assisting with contractual challenges and issues that come up during the course of a transaction.
As part of their duties, a DR will review closing files for the appropriate offices as needed through our transaction management system.
Your office DR, at times, may address concerns from co-broke agents and/or clients and offer a resolution. In the event that a DR feels the issue may take a legal route, the DR will involve Dana Keegan and our legal counsel right away to best decide a course of action.
Our Leadership Team looks to our DRs to be engaged and present in the offices and to cultivate an environment of excellence that we embrace at Realty Executives-Integrity.
