Adam Poehlman started his real estate career in high school, when he started working at the front desk of a real estate office, while simultaneously getting his real estate license.
“I had always loved the business and thought it would be a good way to pay for college.” I started, got busy in real estate, and quit college.”
22 years later, Adam Poehlman is still in the business and is thriving. Adam has been with Realty Executives for the last 12 years, and we are so excited that he found HOME!
We asked Adam what encouraged him to switch brokerages 10 years ago, and he said, “The freedom to express yourself and run your business in the vision YOU create was game-changing for me. Today, Adam is an extremely successful agent and is a founding member of The Welcome Home Team. “The Welcome Home Team was formed by myself and two other incredible agents with the same vision: to brand as a team where we can interchange the parts and offer a smooth and singular connection for our clients in the event life happens to us too!” Adam’s team has recently added two new team members, and together they are winners of the prestigious Double Diamond Award, Awarded to Executives grossing $500,000 or more in 2022.
