Location, Location & Local Knowledge

Three most important things in real estate if you ask are...

Location-Location- & ... I'm adding Local Knowedge

I am a native of Flagler County, a local gal who grew up enjoying the beauty that is Flagler County.  I would enjoy the beaches, the lakes and the intercoastal waterway as a child.  My life has taken me on many great adventures, but I have always returned home to the place I love, Flagler County!

I am not just any real estate agent with 18+yrs of industry experience, I am your local expert.  I know the neighborhoods, I know the builders in our community.  I know the areas development plans and zoning details.  I know the schools and local businesses.  I know the housing market and how to protect buyers and sellers.  Perhaps most importantly, I know that a community thrives when a family makes it their home- a home that I help them find.
