Colt Pierson

Colt provides clients with the resources, information, and strategic guidance needed to confidently buy or sell real estate. He approaches each transaction as an advisor, developing a clear plan tailored to his clients’ specific goals and executing that plan efficiently from start to finish.

In addition to his full time real estate career, Colt brings a strong, hands on background in construction and residential systems. He previously owned and operated one of the largest residential painting companies in Tucson, served as a Project Manager for a commercial HVAC company, and worked as the Internal Sales Manager for a plumbing company. He also maintains a handyman business that allows him to assist clients with practical home related needs when appropriate. This experience gives Colt a well rounded understanding of property condition, value, and cost considerations, shaping him into a strong negotiator and a service focused professional.

Colt is a third generation Realtor, born and raised in Tucson, with extensive knowledge of Sahuarita and Green Valley. He is known for being highly accessible, responsive, and committed to guiding his clients through every step of the process with clarity and confidence.
