What does it cost to join Realty Executives?

The capital requirements to open a franchise are on average between $20,000 and $120,000. Each fee plan is different, but initial fees can be rolled into one's ongoing contract in some situations, and ongoing fees provide flexibility to appeal to your brokerage's high performing agents and the new agent alike. We’ll help guide you in what costs, fees and financing might be right for you.
