Although having lived in Southern Arizona since the 1990's, Teresa originally came from Laramie, WY where she attended the University of Wyoming. Teresa moved to Denver, CO where she worked in the residential and commercial construction financing field and later was with a developer of Residence Inn Hotels. After that, she journeyed east to Greensboro, NC where she sold both residential and commercial property and was a facilities manager for a software development company.
The lure of the southwest brought her to Southern Arizona where Teresa began as a community liaison for a major developer in Green Valley. Since that time she also sold homes in an all ages community in Tucson and then with Robson Communities/Quail Creek Country Club, an age restricted gated community in Green Valley. Teresa went into resale in 2007 and then obtained her Broker's license. Given this broad background, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the industry.
Community involvement is important to her. She is a past Chamber of Commerce Board Member, past Rotarian (helped in fundraising for a Habitat for Humanity home), current member, usher and lector at her church.
