We often talk about the success stories we have experienced with our clients. It means so much to be part of someone's time of change. People buy and sell Real Estate for a variety of reasons. Some good, some bad. It is always a time of change and dealing with multiple layers of obstacles. We are happy to use our knowledge and experience to navigate to the end for our clients.
One very memorable sale was a family that had tried for years to buy a home. Their Church friends asked us to help. Wonderful family of 4 rambunctious boys, a Mom that makes everyone feel special and a lovable Dad that was limited by an on the job injury. We knew of some special pricing and interest rates. They were inches away from being successful. We knew the general manager of a New Home Builder and approached him to see if they had anything they could discount. They did if we closed by the end of the quarter that was a month away. The news the week before closing was they would need $500.00 more in their reserves. Hopes dashed to buy a house over $500.00 then the 8 year old asked can't we have a Car Wash? All the adults laughed, then we said why not? Over 20 locations turned us down. Jones Photo said yes. Thank you Hal Jones. After a major sunburn we raised enough to also get them a refrigerator at Tucson Appliance. They moved into a brand new D R Horton home in Rancho Saharita. They are still there and enjoying Grandbabies now.
