Happy New Year and welcome to the G3 Realtors blog!
We are hoping to provide you with informational and entertaining information that will in some way be related to real estate. We are a husband and wife real estate team that also owns a construction company (G3 Builders). We have been in the construction and real estate business for over 25 years and are anxious to share our knowledge and love for these two wonderful industries.
In case you're wondering what G3 stands for (we get asked that a lot!), the "G" is for our last name (Gronowski) and the "3" is for our three children. G3 Builders has become a fairly well known construction company in the Lake Country area and we are hoping to grow our real estate business to be the same. We have a passion for sharing our knowlege in these industries and helping others achieve their home and real estate goals. We can help with residential or commercial buying, selling, building and remodeling. We are also just a great resource if you need an opinion on a property you are iterested in!
Coming in the very near future, we will be adding staging to our business profile (more on that at a later date!). We would like to be your full service real estate company! In the meantime, we hope you will enjoy tuning in now and then to read this blog!
