Stage to Sell your Home!

Staging can make all the difference in the world when it comes to selling your home.   Statistically, homes that are staged properly sell faster and and for more money.  Check out the 2017 survey done by the National Association of Realtor's™ (NAR) https://www.nar.realtor/research-and-statistics/research-reports/profile-of-home-staging  for data and more information.

Recently,  my friend Deidre and I staged my own home -- below are the before and after pics.  Both of us recently became Accredited Staging Professionals™ and had a great time decluttering and moving furniture around.  Staging your own home can be a little too personal.  Having Deidre there helped take the emotion out and make decisions based on practical proven home staging concepts.  No, I'm not currently selling my home, but it sure was great practice and a lot of fun!
