My objective is to work with my customers to ensure their individual needs are met and exceeded. I am a Real Estate professional and work with Sellers and Buyers focusing on helping sellers get the best price for their property in the least amount of time and first time buyers and retirees purchase resales and new homes. I listen effectively to discern what my clients are looking for and anticipate their needs in the purchase of their property. My clients trust me and count on me to be honest and caring and operate with integrity and determination. You can depend on me to follow-up and be relentless in negotiating and/or finding the right house for you.
With eight years in the industry; I actively work to understand the market fluctuations and current market conditions to offer my client’s the best advice in purchasing a home. I review over 200 homes each month and carefully monitor the changes in the market to assist my clients in obtaining the best deal.
I preview homes for my clients and knock on doors to get my clients the home in the neighborhood they want to live in. My clients tell me that I’m a good agent because I walk them through the process and I am there every step of the way to a successful conclusion and they are in their new home. I follow up and ensure all is well after the sale. My clients appreciate that they hear from me consistently and that I continue to be a resource to them after the sale of the home.
My process is to meet with you, overview the current market conditions, review the selling process and illustrate to you the marketing process and action plan I have to get your home sold in the shortest timeframe. For buyers, I create an in-depth search process together with you so that we can work together to find you ‘the right home’.
