A lifelong East Tennessean, Scott has deep roots in the communities he serves, including Monroe, McMinn, and Loudon Counties. His connection to the region isn’t just professional — it’s personal.

Before launching his real estate career in 2006, Scott served as a City Planner and Building Official. That experience provides his clients with a unique advantage, offering insight into zoning, planning, inspections, and long-term property considerations that most agents simply cannot provide.
