Nicole Orzel - Biography

My name is Nicole Orzel and I am a Realtor with Realty Executives Integrity. I spent 6 years in the mortgage industry and really enjoyed helping make someone’s dreams of home ownership possible. It was always my goal to become a real estate agent and explore the other side of the home buying experience.  During my time as a loan officer I became very knowledgeable in FHA loans. I also spent a lot of time in the loan processing aspect of it as well. Knowing the different requirements needed to qualify for loans was challenging but it was part of what I really loved about being a loan officer.  Being able to tell people who thought their credit was not good enough that they were approved to purchase a home was very exciting!  I also was able to learn the ins and outs of home appraisals as well.  Working closely with some of the best appraisers in the industry and learning what determines the value of a home is very helpful in determining value when listing someone’s home.  I am very thrilled to be helping people achieve the dream of owning their own home. Being on this side of it and helping home buyers look for just the perfect house and walking them through the process is something I truly love doing. I know that the entire process can be very confusing and stressful and I will do my best to help explain and make that as easy to understand and comfortable as possible.  Whether you are buying for the first time or selling existing home, please know that you are my priority. 


I am excited to be a part of such an amazing company and team! Being from a small community I know how important word of mouth and reputation is. Growing up here, the name Realty Executives was always a name I thought of when asked about Real Estate.  When I decided to become a Realtor there was no question where I wanted to “hang my hat” so to speak. Working side by side with some of the best agents in the business and to be a part of a team that has such a great reputation in our small home town means everything to me. I have a full team at my fingertips that I can utilize anytime for extra support to make sure that my customers are always a priority.  To be able to utilize so many different marketing options such as postings on all websites, mailers, flyer etc. is just another amazing aspect to this great company.  One thing that I feel is very important to me is attending closings. Whether it is my buyer or my seller, being at the closing with them only seems right.  I will always strive to do my best to follow my customers all the way through to the end.


As a buyer it can take a while to find just the “right one”.  Some may feel that this part of the buying process can be daunting and time consuming but I feel that this is THE most important part of the entire process.  As a homeowner myself I know that this decision is probably the biggest transaction/decision that most people will make in their entire lives.  If it takes 3 weeks or 3 months that’s ok. I will never rush this part of the process.  When selling a home for someone I will also do my best to utilize all the resources available to me and do my best to market and sell as quickly as possible.  I don’t want to just be someone’s Realtor, I want to create a trusting friendship that will last beyond the closing!
