Melody Wagstaff

I have lived in East Tennessee most of my life. I so enjoy serving the McMinn, Monroe, Loudon, Blount and Knox counties with the heart of an educator; guiding others to find their dream homes with patience, attention to detail and step-by-step support. I love showcasing the area’s many attractions including the Great Smoky Mountains and Dollywood -- as well as the low cost of living, Southern Hospitality and proximity to a large city -- without sacrificing the joys of country living.

Within my teaching career, I have grasped the art of organization, dealing with all different kinds of personalities, and importantly....how to negotiate with just about anyone. I've learned how to read people and develop relationships while communicating professionally in many different modes.

When not working with home buyers, sellers and investors, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach, cheering on the TN Vols, and watching HGTV.  I am so blessed to be married to my sweet hubby, have a son and a daughter, and I can't forget my dog Kylie.  :)
