Meliza R Jones

Meliza was born and raised in Southern California, attended California State Long Beach on a golf scholarship, and graduated with a degree in Communications. Post graduation Meliza started a career in San Diego, CA as a Director of Marketing and Admissions in a multi-level retirement community.

Meliza and her husband moved to Knoxville in 2001, and feel like East Tennessee is their forever home. Meliza and her husband had the privilege of raising their son and daughter in Knoxville, both of whom are graduates from The University of Tennessee, Go Vols!

Meliza has enjoyed being a real estate agent in East Tennessee since 2020. Meliza's experience as a inside sales agent allowed her to assist buyers, sellers, and investors. Meliza understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in East Tennessee, with its unmatched weather, culture, and diversity.

Meliza knows that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction, it's a life changing experience and she is looking forward to growing her business in the real estate market while building lifelong relationships with all her future clients. Meliza and her husband have owned homes and investment properties in 5 states which has helped provide knowledge and understanding of real estate. When she is not helping her clients find their dream homes, Meliza is enjoying spending time with her family and friends, boating on the Tennessee River, and traveling.
