Kathryn is a second-generation real estate professional with Realty Executives in Tucson, Arizona with over 25 years of first-hand experience in the real estate industry.
Raised in Tucson, Arizona, in a family of real estate investors, she learned the benefits of real estate investments at a young age.
Kathryn is fond of saying “real estate is my second language”.
A licensed real estate agent since 2001, now based in Arizona’s beautiful North Tucson Mountains where she raised her family.
She specializes in Luxury residential buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing properties and consulting with clients for investing purposes. “I listen, with the highest level of integrity and discretion, ensuring that the buying and/or selling process remains fun, easy, and stress-free. My mother was a Realtor for 38 years. After she passed away, I was gifted with her well-earned motto: “The Most Recognized and Friendliest Realtor.”
Before entering the world of real estate, Kathryn received her BS degree in Interpersonal Communications, allowing her the ability to be well prepared, actively listen, collaborate well with others, effectively negotiate, and problem solves,  all while maintaining the highest degree of integrity.
Her energy, knowledge, and decades-long experience grant Kathryn with an elevated standard of excellence that is not often seen in the industry.
Her ability to hone in on the right place or property for each client often means delving into a myriad of complex details (for buyer and/or seller), all while maintaining communication throughout the process and lowering the stress factor in what is a major life decision for families. Kathryn is passionate about continuing her education and has received additional certifications and designations over the years while also being recognized for her sales performance in selling luxury homes in Utah and Arizona.

Before real estate, Kathryn spent time as a professional fiber artist competing in juried art shows and prominent galleries across the US.
