Kaitlyn Thurler

Kaitlyn Thurler brings over a decade of design expertise to her career in real estate. After graduating with honours from Algonquin College’s BAA Interior Design program in 2013, she spent 10+ years shaping commercial, government, and residential spaces with precision and creativity. As a Registered Interior Designer (ARIDO IDC) and LEED Green Associate, Kaitlyn developed a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of organization, and a passion for delivering excellence—all qualities she now applies to helping clients find their ideal homes and investments. Motivated and committed to continual growth, Kaitlyn combines her design background with her real estate knowledge to offer clients a unique perspective on both the aesthetic and functional potential of every property.
