I keep up to date with school ratings, "best places to live", hospital ratings, restaurants & great places to shop!

Couples in divorce situations call on me to sell their houses and find separate homes. I maintain unbiased relationships with each seller and work hard to get their house sold at a premium price so each party may profit and move on. If short sales ends up being the option, I take on all of the correspondence and communication with the banks involved, in order to relieve the sellers of additional stress during the short sale process.

I am concerned with the comfort and well being of every client. I look out for their best interest in regards to family & lifestyle needs as well as investment value on both the buying and selling ends of a transaction.
