Jean Gross - Biography

For over 40 years I have been a licensed real estate agent in San Antonio selling homes and ranches. Since 1986, I have been an Executive agent with Realty Executives of San Antonio. My company has over 700 offices in the United States and other countries.

 

I have been rated #1 Agent in Texas with Realty Executives of SA in 1993, 1995, 1996, 1998, 2004, 2006, and 2008. The San Antonio Business Journal rated me #1 Agent in San Antonio in 2008. I was one of the very first Luxury Home Specialists in San Antonio. For 14 years, I have received the Chairman’s Award with my company.

 

I have sold over $450 million in homes in the San Antonio area. Most of my business is in North Central San Antonio in the gated communities.I have sold many listings in The Dominion. I also work a lot in Bentley Manor, Huntington Place, The Shavanos, Elm Creek, Inverness, Alamo Heights, and Terrell Hills. Because I am a Senior agent, I have the experience to represent Buyers at any price range in San Antonio. I am able to help Buyers build small or very large homes. As your building consultant, I can provide the best choices for land, architects, interior designers, landscape, and builders. I have the experience to fill any order.

 

Since the very beginning of my career, I have worked with many clients and friends from Mexico. The International Division of a large bank referred customers from Mexico to me. At one time my husband and I managed 15 vacation homes for friends and clients. I still have some of the same clients from the very beginning of my career.

 

I cultivated a passion for understanding the difference in architecture, construction, development, and site/location. My husbands company does property tax evaluation and appraisal work which gives me a keen understanding of cost analysis and values. Because I do not work as a group, the client has my personal attention. After all, Residential real estate is about product knowledge and personal relationships. 85% of my business is personal referral from past clients. It is a joy for me to always find the most exceptional property that is a perfect fit for my Buyers.
