Gail Damon

Gail Damon relocated to The Villages, Florida in 2019. Originally from Michigan, Gail quickly fell in love with The Villages community and all it has to offer. Gail is passionate at helping clients find that perfect home to enjoy their best years here in this fabulous 55+ community. 

Having many years of experience in home construction, as well as sales, her Florida Real Estate career advanced quickly. In 2021, Gail achieved Diamond Award status & was crowned "Rookie of The Year" from Realty Executives in The Villages. In every year that has followed, 2022-2025, Gail has consistently achieved Diamond Award status and has held her ranking among the "Top MLS Realtors" in The Villages, Florida.

Career and education goals aside, Gail's heart will always belong to her 3 amazing daughters, Abigail (RN), Zoe (Teacher), & Brooklynn Grace (Actor/Dancer). With several degrees in Science and Nutrition, Gail also enjoys helping others enrich their lifestyles through yoga, fitness, and balanced nutritional health education.
