About Me

I started my real estate career in 1983 in N. CA. selling alfalfa and cattle ranches.  With an adventurous personality at the age of 30, I opened my own brokerage.  After several years of being snowed in from November to March, I re-located to beautiful Prescott, AZ. purchasing an office and developed an interest in land development and new home construction.  I excelled in this field for over 16 years as co-owner of Horizon Homes.  I moved to Lake Havasu for a building project on the Island and experienced the dark days of the real estate market, also know as the Housing Crash.  Lake Havasu and the people were very good to me but something was missing.  I came back to Prescott for a visit and knew I needed to come back home.  I missed the fabulous scenery, clean air and wonderful people.  I am back home to stay in beautiful Prescott, AZ.

Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like discuss staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.  Also, I hire a marketing firm to take professional photos and give your home exceptional placement on numerous social media sites along with Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, just to mention a few.

I beleive in giving back to our community.  I have been involved in several leadership programs, have been a wish grantor for Make A Wish for 15 years and currently a vounteer at the Community Pregnancy Center assisting with ultra sounds.  Helping out our community is so rewarding!
