Clarence Collison has built a respected career in real estate spanning more than three decades, earning recognition for his professionalism, leadership, and commitment to both his clients and the industry.
Clarence began his business career in retail management, where he developed strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills before transitioning into real estate in 1985. After completing his real estate education, he joined B.K. Earle Real Estate in Peterborough and continued his professional development by earning his Broker’s Licence in 1990.
Throughout his career, Clarence has worked with several respected brokerages, building extensive knowledge and expertise in both residential and commercial real estate. In 2010, he became owner of the Realty Executives franchise serving Peterborough and Durham Region, further demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to the profession.

Clarence has spent the last 34+ years helping Clients sell, buy and invest in real estate. With over a 1000 satistied Residential Clients in and around the Peterborough area and Commercial Clients from Northbay to Windsor and into the the Niagara Peninsula. Over the years we gained experience in neibourhood housing, waterfront properties, apartment buildings, commercial sales and leasing.
Clarence acquired his Broker's Licence in 1990. He has managed several Real Estate offices, both franchised and independants. He is continually taking upgrading courses to stay atunned to the Real Estate Industry. He goes to great pains to train the executives that work in his office with him and encourages them to sharpen their skills at every opportunity.
Clarence has just completed the eight week long Realty Executive International Digital Marketing Course and has received his DMX Cerification. This is very timely in the new world of real estate. More and more busines is and will be done through the various technological platforms.
