Barbara Larner - Biography

Barbara first began her real estate career in St. Louis, Missouri in 1992. She visited “The Valley of the Sun” in 1993, and shortly thereafter, entered the AZ real estate market.

She joined the Scottsdale Association of Realtors in 1997 and since that time has had the pleasure of selling fabulous homes throughout the valley, as well as many of Gainey Ranch’s most spectacular golf course properties.

Barbara specializes in golf course communities, and as a golf community homeowner, she understands this exciting market.

Spending time with her interesting clientele and forming new friendships has been most enjoyable and has created a treasured circle of friends, “One of the reasons I chose and love this profession is that it allows me to interact and get to really know people,” stated Barbara. “It is a pleasure to help clients find the right place where they will reside and proudly call their home.

A home is where your life unfolds, where memories are created. Whether those memories are filled with the wonder of your child’s first steps or the thrill of fixing the knocker on the front door of your very first house, that home is a landmark. And buying or selling it is a landmark occasion in your life.

Whether you are an experienced investor or first time buyer, Barbara can help you in choosing the “right” property, presenting an offer, negotiating on your behalf and will be behind you all the way, to guide you through the numerous details involved in making a wise real estate decision.

Barbara is known for her professionalism, area knowledge and “service beyond the sale.” Choosing the right real estate agent is just as important as finding the perfect home. Her experience and commitment to her clients make her the right choice.

She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors,  Scottsdale Association of Realtors,  Graduate Realtor Institute,  Multiple Listing Service,  as well as supportive of Boys and Girls Club of Arizona, Susan Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and Hospice of the Valley.
