Born and raised in the "Royal City", Zabrina has a cherished knowledge of Guelph and
its surrounding areas. Growing up in the heart of Guelph, she spent her youth into early adulthood exploring the historic downtown area. Zabrina was fortunate enough to have
found her passion early in life, starting in the real estate industry at the early age of 15.
From working directly at the Guelph & District Association of Realtors to becoming
management of a brokerage, she has gained valuable knowledge in these years, but her
primary focus is to prioritize her client’s satisfaction. When it came time to purchase her first home she chose the then up-and-coming South end. A decade later, now bustling
with energy and roaringly developed, Zabrina has seen the Southend blossom into the
symphony of urban life it is today. Since becoming a home owner, she also has
experience in her role as a landlord. She is happy to assist individuals, families as well as investors in meeting and exceeding their real estate goals. Using her positive and
customer service orientated personality she will ensure every client is treated with
