This year 2021 marks my 19th year as a licensed Realtor! I'm licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. I specialize in representing Home Sellers (listing agent) and Home Buyers (buyers agent). It brings me great joy helping sellers and buyers either sell and/or find and move to a new home! I'm originally from Omaha, NE. I moved to Kansas City in the mid-1980s after graduating from college. I have a lengthy background in sales, sales management, merchandising and training in (the) retail, wholesale and training industries. I'm happily married (June 1988) to Tom Bosilevac; he's from Fairway, KS. We currently live in Olathe-- a suburban Johnson County area and city -- only about thirty five minutes from downtown Kansas City, Missouri.
I sell property in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area and throughout all the areas surrounding Kansas City, Missouri. I specialize in selling single family homes, townhouses, condos and half duplexes and homes on small acreage (less than 21 acres) in rural Kansas and Missouri areas and raw land to build on - both incorporated and unincorporated. I'm one of the VERY few Realtors with selling experience in 10 counties surrounding KC! I've sold homes as far North as St Joseph, MO and South at Linn Valley Lakes, KS. I've sold homes as far West: Lawrence, Baldwin City, Gardner, McLouth and Tonganoxie. As far East as Liberty, Raymore, Belton, Blue Springs, Grain Valley and Greenwood.
