Tom and Nancy fell in love with Gulf Shores in the mid-1990s when they visited for a vacation getaway from their busy real estate business in St Louis Missouri. In 1998, they purchased their first investment condo after selling a rental home in St Louis using a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. As Gulf Shores & Orange Beach condo homeowners and sellers, they bring a unique experience to helping clients find a vacation rental or second home. The Gordon's are "Spouses Selling Beach Houses" and see themselves as the combination of "Matchmaker" and "Treasure Hunter" helping clients find the perfect vacation home or get a great offer for a seller.
