Donna Cilley

     I have been a Realtor now for 40 years and am happy that my two daughters, Rigby and Riley Cilley have also joined our small team.  In the past 40 years I have helped over 2000 families to either find their new home or sell the home they own.  

     It has been a privilege to meet and help all of these people. It has been said that the average person knows 250 people but my job has allowed me to meet and get to know over 2000 so I consider this the real blessing of my business.

     Our primary focus is homes in the NE Phoenix/Scottsdale area with a heavy emphasis on zip code 85254 and surrounding areas.

    With all three of us having background in Psychology and Sociology, we see ourselves a counselors as much as sales people. I find that if we help to guide our buyers and sellers to make good decisions, it comes back to us in many ways through their referrals or loyalty to us in the future.

     We are constantly trying to refine the process to make it easier on our clients and take classes regularly to keep abreast of the market and trends..

     The decision made 39 years ago to become a Realtor was a good one and I am thankful that I have been able to assist so many people in meeting their goals of home ownership.
