Steve, also more commonly known as “Caz”, is the 3^rd generation of Caswells to sell real estate in Sudbury.  With almost a decade and a half of acting on behalf of buyers and sellers in the area, he brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and experience.  His obvious strengths are his meticulous observations when showing properties to his buyers, his tenacity when negotiating top dollar for his sellers and his charismatic personality when dealing with all parties involved.  But his hidden gems lie in his, what some call, “beautiful mind” where he creates unique, almost artistic, clauses to protect clients in any situation, devises creative strategies to better position his clients and his analytic abilities to assess market stats and trends help paint a clear picture.
