I’m Shannon Schneider, a REALTOR® and longtime real estate investor serving East Tennessee. For more than 25 years, real estate has been a big part of my life, from renovating and new home construction to investing and working on subdivision projects. With a husband and son who are craftsmen builders, I’ve spent a lot of years around construction and have learned to look at a home beyond what you see at first glance.
