With over 30 years of experience, Rick specializes in office/industrial/land sales and leasing. Rick received the highly acclaimed CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investmet Member) in 2008, sat on the Board of Directors for the Central Arizona CCIM Chapter for five years, and was President of the Chapter in 2017. A CCIM is a recognized expert in commercial and investment real estate. To earn the CCIM designation, a candidate must complete over 200 hours of graduate level coursework, submit a portifolio of closed transactions documenting a depth of experience in the commercial investment field, and successfully complete a comprehensive examination. This designation process ensures that CCIMs are proficient not only in theory but also in practice.
