Lloyd Walker

Lloyd holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Grenoble School of Management in France. With over twenty-five years of experience, he has performed audits, and assisted organizations in the maritime and steel industry to maximize productivity with implementation of the continual improvement concept.

Lloyd’s hometown is Summerville near Charleston, South Carolina. In 1964, Lloyd enlisted in the U.S. Navy. His first duty station was on the USS Lexington CVS-16, and his last duty station was USS Oxford AGRT-1 in the Saigon River.

After the U.S. Navy, Lloyd obtained his marine engineering license. Lloyd was hired by Sun Oil Company marine division. Lloyd sailed as Chief Engineer on Sun Oil tankers.

After sailing around the world on Sun Oil tankers, Lloyd obtained a South Carolina real estate sales license. As a licensee, Lloyd focused on marketing and restoration of historic homes in Charleston.

In 1997, Lloyd joined American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) as a surveyor and auditor for the construction of U.S. Navy and commercial ships at Avondale shipyard in New Orleans, Louisiana. Also, Lloyd provided management system certification for international shipping companies and vessels to meet ISO and ISM standards.

In 2005, in addition to management system consulting, Lloyd obtain his Louisiana real estate broker license. As the broker in charge, Lloyd managed the start-up of over five (profitable) real estate agencies.

In 2025, Lloyd signed on as an associate broker for Realty Executives. With Real Executives, Lloyd specializes in government leasing contracts, investment properties and business sales.
