Lloyd holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Grenoble
School of Management in France, and he holds a graduate degree from
Tulane University. With over twenty-five years of experience, he has
performed management system audits to help organizations maximize
productivity and profitability utilizing the continual improvement
concept.

After servicing in the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Merchant Marines, Lloyd
obtained real estate broker licenses in South Carolina, Georgia,
Louisiana, and Pennsylvania. As the broker in charge, Lloyd managed the
start-up of over 5 (profitable) real estate agencies.

  In 2025, Lloyd signed up as an associate broker for Realty Executives
Florida Parishes. With Reality Executives, Lloyd specializes in
