Before devoting their work time to real estate over the past 6+ years, Debbie served as the Director of Sales and Customer Experience at Berlin Packaging where she led the sales team to grow year over year and educated the company on the importance of Customer Experience. Lee served as Parts Manager at Arcelor Mittal Steel where he practiced Customer Experience by thrilling co-workers, meeting their needs and providing on time deliveries. Debbie is certified as a Bridgestone Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional and a CPA. She won several awards over the years based on exceptional work. In Real Estate, they have won the Multi-Million Dollar Producer Award 6 years in a row, were 2021 Double Diamond Award Winners and 2022-2023 Diamond Award Winners at Realty Executives!
In their free time, Debbie & Lee enjoy golfing, spending time with their dog Tealee, relaxing with friends and traveling.
