Kelly Byrne

For over 20 years, I’ve been immersed in nearly every aspect of the housing industry as a licensed real estate agent, property manager, construction company partner, and real estate investor. Today, I personally own and manage a portfolio of rental properties, giving me firsthand knowledge of homes from the inside out.

That experience allows me to help sellers maximize their home’s value and gives buyers—especially first-time buyers—the confidence to understand a property’s condition and long-term potential. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully guided clients through first-time purchases, new construction, luxury homes, foreclosures, investment properties, and farmland. No matter the transaction, I’m committed to protecting my clients’ interests and helping them achieve their goals.

Before transitioning to real estate full time, I spent many years as a local educator teaching math, science, and health. Teaching strengthened my communication, patience, and problem-solving skills while deepening my connection to the community I proudly serve. I’m also the proud mother of four successful adult children.

Outside of real estate, I’m an endurance athlete who has completed an Ironman, marathons, and 50-mile mountain bike races. The discipline, resilience, and determination those experiences require are the same qualities I bring to every client and every transaction.
