Kelly Blair is an award-winning Broker of Record and franchise owner with over 25 years of real estate experience as an investor, entrepreneur, and trusted advisor. Her journey began in 1999 with the purchase of her first home and expanded into large-scale business ownership, including co-owning a franchise system of 32 restaurants across five Canadian provinces. During that time, Kelly obtained her real estate license to better support her business interests—laying the foundation for a successful career in real estate.
In 2010, Kelly opened her first satellite real estate office and transitioned into real estate sales full-time. In 2013, she acquired the Realty Executives franchise, aligning her vision with regional and international growth through the 100% commission model. Under her leadership, Realty Executives Real Estate Ltd. has achieved consistent 15% year-over-year growth, expanding to two offices as of November 2022.
Kelly believes real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about relationships built on trust, integrity, and understanding.
