About Kathy:
Kathy Torvick has been a full-time real estate professional since 1993. Over the years, she has been recognized for her outstanding sales achievements. Kathy is known for her warm, accessible personality and for her tireless work ethic. She focuses on clear and honest communications with all parties during the transaction, is know to be an ethical agent and is respected by her peers.
She is a member of the Tucson Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, and National Association of REALTORS. She was the Membership Chair for the Wine Country Women's Council of Realtors. As a REALTO, she adheres to the REALTOR CODE OF ETHICS. Her main objective is to always work in the best interest of her clients and to help them achieve their real estate goals. Drawing upon her valuable experience and training, Kathy provides her clients with a high level of service and professionalism.
Kathy works with people relocating to new neighborhoods or to/from another states, those buying their first homes, luxury home sellers and buyers, moving-up and downsizing, seniors moving on to the next stage in their lives, and helping fiduciaries liquidate estates. When working with out-of-area buyers and sellers, Kathy uses technology for agent/client meetings, tours of houses, meetings with inspectiors, and obtaining signatures for documents allowing her clients the best access despite not being able to be present.
Solutions oriented, her focus is always on the best interest of her clients and removing stress and obsticles that can occure in the sale and purchase of real estate. For sellers, her affiliation with Realty Executives Arizona Territory enables Kathy to provide her clients with state-of-the-art marketing on a local and global basis thereby exposing their property to a vast number of homebuyers. For homebuyers, Kathy guides them throught the process of obtaining financing, finding the right neighborhood and right home, and navagating the escrow process to a successful close.
Kathy lives and works in north Tucson area known as the Town of Oro Valley. There you will find the beautiful active adult community of Sun City Oro Valley in Rancho Vistoso. In Oro Valley here are many gated communities, condominimums, apartments, golf courses, restaurants, parks, camping, walking/bike trails, hiking, shopping, fittness centers, and a wonder quality of life. Oh, and the people are so friendly. It is a great town. Downtown Tucson is an easy 40 minuted drive.
