Karla Lopez-Moraga

Karla Lopez-Moraga serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Accounting at Realty Executives Arizona Territory, bringing over two decades of experience and a deep, self-taught understanding of the real estate industry.

Before entering real estate, Karla built a strong foundation in customer service through four years in retail and two years in the hospitality industry, experiences that shaped her commitment to excellence, communication, and client care. She began her real estate career as a receptionist at another brokerage before joining Realty Executives Arizona Territory in 2012, where her dedication and leadership have guided her steady advancement through multiple roles.

Since joining the company, Karla has gained an in-depth understanding of what Realty Executives Arizona Territory stands for and the strength of the brand behind it. When she first joined, the company operated just two offices with around fifty agents. Through her leadership, strategic oversight, and focus on collaboration, the brokerage has grown to more than thirty offices and over seven hundred agents statewide.

In her current role, Karla not only oversees operations and accounting but also plays an active role in agent training, onboarding, and day-to-day support, ensuring every agent and staff member has the tools, guidance, and encouragement to succeed.

Karla believes the entire Realty Executives Arizona Territory team is like family. She has been instrumental in cultivating a positive, people-first culture that values teamwork, communication, and professional growth. This supportive environment has empowered both individuals and the organization as a whole to thrive.

Outside of work, Karla is devoted to her family and active in Tucson’s baseball and softball community, where her children’s involvement keeps her closely connected to teamwork and dedication both on and off the field.
