Our primary focus is residential properties including new construction, resale homes, vacant land, townhomes, condos and multi-family. We enjoy working with investors in locating homes to remodel and resale or retain as rentals. We work very closely with Western Piedmont Council of Governments and their first time buyer program. We work with many lakefront and golf community buyers and sellers as well. I have obtained the following designations and enjoy utilizing the knowledge gained by being a Graduate - Realtor Institute, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, At Home With Diversity, Certified Residential Specialist and others that are non-NAR designations.
