Danielle Ricker Cutshaw is a dedicated real estate broker with Realty Executives East TN Realtors, proudly serving the East Tennessee community she has always called home. Born and raised in the area, Danielle followed in her mother’s footsteps into real estate—a path that quickly became her passion. After graduating from East Tennessee State University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and minoring in Accounting, she obtained her real estate license and began building a career rooted in knowledge, integrity, and strong client relationships. Today, she works alongside her mother, who serves as her managing broker and the owner of Realty Executives East TN Realtors.
With over a decade of experience, Danielle has developed a deep understanding of the local market and takes pride in helping families plant roots in a place she knows and loves so well. Whether working with buyers, sellers, or those investing in their future, she is committed to making each transaction smooth, meaningful, and tailored to her clients’ goals.
In 2019, Danielle married her husband, Bryce, and together they are raising their two daughters on her family’s farm in Greene County, where their roots run deep and their love for the land continues to grow. Keeping farming in the family for generations is something they hold close to their hearts. Outside of real estate, Danielle and her family share a passion for Tennessee Walking horses, actively showing and spending time together in the barn.
One of Danielle’s proudest moments came in 2025, when she and her oldest daughter showed together in lead line at the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration and were honored as the 2025 Lead Line World Grand Champions. For Danielle, it wasn’t just about the title—it was about watching her daughter achieve a dream and creating lifelong memories side by side.
